Can you explain how they do the test, I have been experiencing piles and skin itching since the beginning of this year..i think I might be allergic to something, i suspect chillies I want to know how they do the test? Does it take a lot of time? Which doctor do i consult? Dermatologist was not a big help toe.

Creamy Chicken Malai Tikka Roll🤤😍 #romatries Episode 1 ▶️Please Note : You can use any measurements you want according to your taste! ▶️ Marination For chicken : - 1kg Boneless chicken (cut into cubes) - 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1/2 Salt - 1tbsp Lemon juice Cover and keep for 15 minutes ▶️Now Add: - 2-4 tbsp dahi - 1/2 cup cream - 1/2 cup grated cheese - 1-3 green chillies finely chopped - 1/4 tsp garam masala - 1 tsp jeera seeds - 1/2 tsp pepper - Pinch of salt (At this point, taste the marination and add whatever you feel is less. If you want it creamier add some more cheese and cream) You can marinate for as long as you want! I marinated it in the afternoon 1pm and cooked at 7pm To cook the chicken you can shallow fry it but I air fried it for 7-8 minutes on each side at 160 degrees. ▶️ Let’s make the sauce! In a pan add some butter, left over marination, curd, cream and cheese (slice or cube) green chillies finely chopped, salt and pepper. - Add the cooked chicken and combine well. ▶️ For the Roll: Take Malabar paratha (or roti / chapati) Mix a little green chutney and salt with dahi and add it as base.
